Recently there have been some talk about Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) proposing some new rules on credit cards for the coming 2011 budget. In the press lately there is talk of limiting the number of cards a person can have and increasing the annual income to qualify for a credit card from RM18,000 to RM24,000.
